1. License to Use

2. Game Rules
You agree to:
- Play the game fairly without cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
- Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the game
- Not manipulate or falsify leaderboard scores
- Use appropriate, non-offensive names on the leaderboard
3. User Content
When submitting a name to the leaderboard, you agree not to use names that are:
- Offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate
- Impersonating others or misleading
- Containing personal information of others
- Promoting illegal activities
We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate leaderboard entries without notice.
4. In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases (such as removing ads). All purchases are:
- Final and non-refundable (except as required by law)
- Processed through Google Play's payment system
- Subject to Google Play's refund policies
5. Advertisements
The free version of the App displays advertisements. By using the App, you consent to receiving ads. You may remove ads through an in-app purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, sounds, code, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Your game progress will be preserved indefinitely
- The leaderboard service will always be available
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of game progress or data.
9. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time
- Reset leaderboards or game features
- Change these Terms with notice through the App or website
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
